We’re committed to improving our

customers’ experience and recently we

have renewed our focus on all things

digital. Amongst other things, this includes

our website, iPad apps in branch and

also Skipton Online, our secure site for

managing your Skipton savings accounts

online. Our plans are about making real

improvements for customers wherever

they choose to interact with us - benefitting

our customers in branch, over the phone

and online.

To help make it all possible, we’ve

expanded our Digital team at Head Office

and we’re really excited about what’s

ahead. Our new Head of Digital, Alison

Davies says: “Having an expert digital

team in place is an exciting and important

step for us and our customers – and it’s

just the start of a journey that we’ll go

on together.”

As always, we’re committed to working

closely with our customers to find out

what they’d like us to offer, involving

them in testing any new developments

so we can make sure we’re making the

right changes.

It’s going to take time for us to make

all the planned improvements. The first

one you’ll see soon is a new-look for

Skipton Online. Following customer

feedback we’re giving the site a fresh look,

increasing text size so it’s much easier

to read and also making it simpler to

navigate. We’ll roll out more improvements

throughout 2015 and beyond.
